These terms apply when a school signs up for, or uses, School Library provided by ShubhSoft Solution.
Free trial
- A new school gets a free trial with every feature. No payment details are needed to start.
- When the trial ends, the account is locked until we activate it. Your data is kept safe during this time.
- One free trial per school. We may extend or end a trial at our discretion.
Activation and subscription
- To continue after the trial, ask for activation from inside the software (or contact us). We activate the account for the period agreed with the school.
- If a subscription is not renewed, the account is locked again until it is; the data is kept.
- We may suspend an account that is misused or not paid for, and will show the reason when users sign in.
Your responsibilities
- Keep passwords private and give access only to people who should have it.
- Enter only information you are allowed to keep about your students, staff and suppliers.
- Do not try to access other schools' data or disrupt the service.
Your data
The library records belong to the school. You can ask us for an export at any time. See the privacy policy for how we handle personal information.
Service
We work to keep the service available and correct, but it is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses.
Keep printed or exported copies of records you are required to keep.
